How does it work?
Labcore intercepts extracted instrument data, scanned documents, electronic documents, email, LIMS/external database data and associated metadata such as work order numbers and customer numbers. The documents and data are automatically transmitted to the LabCORE Report & Package Manager™ that tracks the documents and data and assembles the specified report when all required documents and data are available. This report can then be delivered by a variety of mediums such as download, email and CD. All documents and data are stored in a central searchable repository under strict document management controls with versioning, audit trails and digital signatures.
Reports and data packages can have a specific customized workflow that controls the assembly and review processes to assure complete and accurate report assembly. Designing custom reports is a matter of configuration of required documents and report structure. Management reports provide the means to track timeliness and completeness of the reports and the data packages. Any number of data packages can be defined in the DPM to meet regulatory or customer requirements. A project or work order manager can select the data package necessary for a particular work order.
