Implementation ServicesLabcore will also work closely with the customer's IT Department during the implementation. Most companies implementing Labcore's document and records management solutions assign their key document control or quality or regulatory affairs personnel to learn the software in-depth. Labcore's implementation phase, consists of the following:
- Create database and installation - Labcore's Installation team performs this initial step remotely (via GoToMeeting) or on-site. The customer's IT Department assists in dealing with the company's servers and network.
- Database configuration - Labcore's installation team works with the customer's key personnel who had been trained in the Labcore software to configure the system. This step can be completed in several stages, depending on the customer's needs and schedule.
Migration Services
Some companies have used other electronic document and records systems previously. The goal of the Implementation team is to make the transition to Labcore's web-based system as smooth as possible, maximizing the benefits of new technology and minimizing disruptions to the customer's operations.
