Screenshot #1 - Homepage User Specific Dashboard:  Each user logs in and sees content unique to who they are and what they have permission to see and do within Labcore. The Dashboard allows lab managers and analysts to see what is due, what needs attention and provides them with the tools needed to assemble data packages quickly. Portlet views are configurable and show lab managers and analysts exactly what they need to see at a high level or to drill down for much greater detail.

Screenshot #2 - Configurable Portlet Grouping and Sorting: Drop down navigation allows users to easily customize and modify views of portlets and group, filter and organize data and documents as needed.

Screenshot #3 - Document Preview with Keystroke Workflow Controls: If analysts and managers have permission to do so, they can quickly move documents or whole analytical runs through a predetermined workflow. Simply click "a" for approve to send to next level or "d" for delete if something needs to be re-run, "f' to flatten and finalize the PDF so no further edits can be done, or "r" to reject and send it back to the previous level of approval. This user interface greatly improves the speed and efficiency at the lab.

Screenshot #4 - Data Package Overview: Users within the Labcore system can drill down and see the status of all data packages as well as create a new data package based on a laboratory defined templates. Labcore integrates with your laboratory instrument and LIMS system, captures and properly places all documents, reports and raw instrument data into the appropriate data package folder.

Screenshot #5 - File System View of Data Package Files: Labcore users have all the information they need to monitor and track the progress of individual data packages and associated files through the entire process. They can quickly see the status of a data package and what is missing. Labcore users can also assemble, review and approve data packages as one PDF complete with a bookmarked table of contents by going to the result tab view.

Screenshot #6 - Document Control, View, Identification and Full Version History: Labcore captures, identifies and stores all laboratory data and documents by integrating with the laboratory instruments and other data systems. It is tightly integrated with your LIMS and identifies the documents as they come into Labcore or allows laboratory analysts and managers to manually identify (if insufficient meta data is available). Once in Labcore, all documents are given a workflow and document type (either automatically by Labcore or manually) and these documents are tracked with full document controls (versioning and audit trail). Labcore stores documents in their native file format such as Word, Excel, PDF etc. Most files are full text searchable in  Labcore making it easy to retrieve information.

Screenshot #7 - Labcore's Assembly of Data Packages: Labcore is the only commercially available product in the marketplace which can manage and assemble a complete Level 4 data package. Labcore can easily assemble any type of data package from a small Level 1 report to a many thousand page Level 4 CLP or CLP-Like data package. Labcore does it quickly and creates a collated, paginated report which has a table of contents.

Screenshot #8 - Search and Retrieve Individual Documents or Data Packages in No Time: Labcore enables users to find and retrieve documents quickly by searching via attributes like Work Order Number, Customer ID, SDG#, Instrument ID, Analyst or whatever metadata and keywords your laboratory determines is most useful. It also allows users to search documents using a powerful full text search.
