Mark S. Ferrero - President/CEO, MS

Mark S. Ferrero founded P-Wave, Inc. in Reading, Pennsylvania in 1998. Mr. Ferrero is responsible for P-Wave's strategic direction and for building relationships with P-Wave's clients, partners, vendors, and business advisors. His dedication and team-building skills have propelled P-Wave to its current status as a premier document and records management software company for highly regulated and quality focused life science and biotech companies. Currently, he is leading marketing and sales as well as operational and development efforts for LabCORE, P-Wave's flagship product.

Mark has authored numerous articles and chapters for industry standard publications and continues to lead P-Wave's efforts towards helping companies improve bottom line results through increased efficiency, reduced record keeping errors, and regulatory compliance. Mark has his BS in Public Administration from Shippensburg University and his Masters in Health Administration from Saint Joseph's University.

Robert Corriher - Chief Technology Officer

Bob has 30 years of technology experience with database programming and system analysis. Bob holds a wealth of consulting experience and strong technical skills. His educational background in electrical engineering and his analytical, programming, and database skills are valuable elements in the P-Wave future. He is experienced in the development of large networks (3000 users). He has been a team leader for projects that designed database systems for various government units. Bob has an extensive range of both hardware and programming experience. Accomplishments include the successful integration with both partner LIMS products, successful launch of the IES LabCORE installation and excellent skills in support of P-Wave sales team as a technical sales lead at tradeshows and demos.

Allan Kershner, Ph, D. - Senior Account Manager

Allan Kershner, a native of New Jersey, was educated at Rutgers University where he earned a doctorate in Biochemistry and specializing in Microbial Chemistry. He then joined the Antibiotics Discovery team at Schering-Plough as a Senior Scientist eventually becoming a Principal Scientist and Group Leader in New Technologies Research. Allan left Schering-Plough for the position of Research Director for Madis Laboratories, a medicinal botanicals manufacturer, to set up an effort to elucidate anti-cancer compounds in tropical plants. His strong interest in developing synergy between laboratory instrumentation and computer technology led him to Hewlett-Packard where he became a Field Engineer/Sales Representative in the Chemical Analysis Group which was part if HP's Test and Measurement Division.

As HP's sales functions expanded, Allan was asked to join the newly formed Inside Sales Group whose function was to handle all transactional business, team with direct sales representatives and be a focal point for customer contact. Allan's role as an Inside Sales Specialist was further expanded to Inside Sales Manager when HP spun off the Test and Measurement Division to form Agilent Technologies.

During his tenure with Agilent, Allan further expanded his sales and territory responsibilities. During his sales career with Agilent he demonstrated greater than 10% growth per year and led the company in total sales in several product lines. Opting for new challenges, Allan left Agilent in November 2007 to join P-Wave as Senior Account Manager.

Chester Winters, CISA, CPIM, CAM, CHS-II - Board Chairman and Interim Director of Operations

Chet brings 45 years of business experience with 17 years of industrial and manufacturing experience and 23 years of financial services to the company. He has strong project management skills and has managed a significant number of major technology implementations. He is certified in production and inventory management (CPIM) and his experience includes a wide range of industries and business models.

His leadership as a senior technology manager gives him a unique set of qualifications to act as a senior advisor and consultant on this project. Chet's technology and strategic planning experiences over the last 30 years has gained him significant recognition in the technology community. He brings to the project an in depth understanding of the challenges of developing and delivering business solutions using innovative technology.
